Crispy Tofu with Peanut Sauce

This is a simple and delicious recipe you will want to make over and over again! And it is so easy that you can! The peanut sauce comes together in 5 minutes and can be reused as a salad dressing in the Asian Chopped Salad, a tasty dip for my Tofu Rainbow Spring Rolls, or the sauce in my Peanut Rice Bowls.

This meal would be a great meal prep option for you. The noodles, broccoli and sauce will keep all week long!

As with all of my recipes, this one is very versatile. You can choose any noodles that fit your needs. If you don’t like broccoli, exchange it for another vegetable such as bell pepper, carrots, brussel sprouts, or some crispy kale. You can adjust the spice level by leaving out the sriracha or adding as much as you like!
